 As the newest addition to the admin team for WeAreDREAMERS, Hunter overseas the Facebook page and helps answer the questions our members have. A natural born citizen married to a Ashly, a forever dreamer, that recently got her residency this year. They decided to do it themselves with the help of the group, and felt the best way to give back to the community and our group was to learn as much as possible about the US immigration system. Outside of the group, Hunter works in healthcare doing software management and spends time with his wife and dogs, but volunteering here is his passion.

 Introducing our Founder, Glennis Hoffmann: a 29-year-old leader, wife, and mother of four from Oaxaca, Mexico. At the helm of our nonprofit, Glennis is dedicated to offering free help, support, and guidance to immigrants in her community. Having navigated her own path from a DACA recipient to an initial applicant, she transforms personal challenges into a wealth of free resources, including guides, templates, translations, one-on-one sessions, workshops, reviews, videos, and so much more. Glennis's mission is to empower others to believe in themselves and pursue their immigration dreams.

 Esteban Garcia, a dreamer since 2015, is propelled by a profound commitment to supporting and empowering the dreamer & immigrant community. His journey with the organization commenced during his adjustments of status process, where he encountered a community teeming with selfless volunteers. The invaluable guidance provided by these individuals was offered without any expectation of reciprocation. Fueled by gratitude, Esteban resolved to unite with them and pay it forward by serving his community. In his current role as the Technology & System Administrator, Esteban brings his skills to enhance the technological infrastructure of the organization. With a deep sense of empathy and a commitment to excellence, he is devoted to advancing the collective mission. Esteban endeavors to build a stronger, more united immigrant community, fostering a supportive environment for all.

 Introducing Lupe Torres, a native of Acapulco, Guerrero and a mother to a 8 year old little girl and a mini poodle. Lupe has always had a passion for helping in her community. As a DACA Dreamer herself Lupe continues to advocate and be a voice and be a part of a change. Coming into this country at a young age, Lupe knows how hard we must work to achieve goals and she continues to strive to provide resources to our community and give others hope to reach for the sky. In her free time Lupe enjoys traveling to new cities and trying new food spots.

 Meet Claudia, an extraordinary Dreamer born in the vibrant city of Veracruz, Mexico, whose life story transcends borders. As a loving wife and dedicated mother of two beautiful girls, Claudia embodies resilience and determination in every aspect of her journey. Her passion for community support, especially in navigating immigration processes, reflects a deep commitment to fostering unity and understanding. Beyond personal accomplishments, Claudia's mission extends to empowering others to unlock their full potential, envisioning a collective success story for the community she cherishes.

 Meet Karina, a proud native of Aguascalientes, Mexico, who has dedicated over a year to volunteering as a translator. Driven by a profound desire to give back to the Dreamer community, a community she has considered herself a part of forever, Karina's current role in Human Resources allows her to connect and bring new individuals into this amazing adventure. Beyond her volunteer work, Karina finds joy in cherishing moments with friends and family. Her overarching mission is to raise awareness, empowering undocumented individuals to advocate for themselves and discover valuable resources, much like the impactful work done by WeAreDreamers. Together, let's join Karina in making a lasting difference.

Support Services Manager

 Presenting David Calixto, a 27-year-old dreamer born in Puebla, Mexico, and raised in the USA. His belief in universal opportunities is woven into the fabric of his life, with family time, especially with his two nephews, serving as his driving force. Beyond his altruistic endeavors, David unwinds by exploring a diverse musical palette, from RBD to Vicente Fernandez and La Diva de la Banda. Rooted in his cultural heritage, David feels most at home savoring Mexican cuisine, a heartfelt connection to his roots and a tribute to his mother. Her influence propels his commitment to community service, embodying David's resolve to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those around him.

Social Media Manager

 Meet Yazmin Ramirez, our new social media manager. Being a wife, mother of two, business owner, full-time employee, and volunteer keeps her very busy. Yazmin, who was born in Puebla, Mexico, and raised in the US, truly has a passion for using her skills to help our community of Dreamers. She believes that everyone should have access to free resources and that financial limitations should not hinder anyone from reaching their goals. Outside of her obligations, you can find her playing with makeup. As a little girl, her dream was to work on movie sets, doing FX makeup and bringing characters to life.
